Having Lucy means we get up earlier and go out for walks, something which we never used to just do because we didn't have a good enough a reason to drag ourselves out of bed.

This was taken at 8am over looking Chafford Hundred Nature Reserve. The sun was just creeping up over the houses and it looked amazing.
