Who nose?

Spent some time this afternoon at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh which everyone calls the ERI (Edinburgh Royal Infirmary). Passed the time by taking a photograph of this handy and informative diagram that included useful tabulated information on a variety of problems but nothing on exactly where a pan drop or stray chip gets stuck.
