Uni

Mmmm... delectable.
We flew in the freshest of the fresh fish last night to eat a spread of sashimi including hamachi, kampachi, sake (salmon), maguro, otoro, mackerel, unagi, and my personal favorite, uni.

The uni we order is $9 per little box.. which, if you were ordering it in a restaurant, would run about $70 per order of sashimi. It also produces a slight tingling sensation on your tongue when you eat it. It just melts in your mouth.
I had forgotten they are ovaries. I ate a lot of ovaries last night. Mmm....
