Chopped ready to go on top of tonight's supper, mushroom risotto. For my money you can't have too much parsley, and actually I'd say I'd rather have rice than potato. Though it's a close call.
Busy but productive day. Sorted out details for three separate things, costed a small job, and took in two deliveries for the attic, an easel and some canvases. My strategy at the moment is to have a number of paintings on the go at once, so there's a sort of framework to work within. So far so good
