Regular Service

The 1624 St George to Bankside boat today. I left a little early after a long day of talking, with I think positive results but I was exhausted. I got back to the apartment, ate a little and fell asleep on the couch. I really thought I was ill, but I made myself go out for a run and that seems to have sorted things out. Then I ate a lot, listened to BBC 6 Music as usual and realised the camera has been on ISO 800 all day. Doh. Grainy photos. Just about managed to rescue this one.

Last night here this time, so carrying all my luggage tomorrow before the sleeper home at midnight. The little bike will make that easy.

A week off the booze today as well which has been a relief after overdoing it recently. Planning to keep it up, let's see how that goes.
