Afterglow

Beautiful sunset this evening and just as the sun disappeared, the sky above the buildings glowed as if a spaceship was landing. Quite stunning.

Today I am blessed to have Taught to a new group - all young mums, beginners and in need of calming and relaxation. Such a different group when the class finished to how they were when they started. Great to know giving an hour and a half of my time can make such a difference to 9 people.

Cooked a healthy Japanese Ramen for the boys and myself this evening. Hopefully it will help with recovery and strength for me as food has been fairly non existent for me since Sunday lunchtime. Boys seemed to love it anyway.





If you ever start taking things too seriously, just remember that we are talking monkeys, on an organic spaceship, flying through the universe.
