A grand day out in Paris !

Up at 4 am with a day return in hand ... 2*above freezing ...Norte dame, walk along the Seine cross the pont des arts (wooden bridge with lots of padlocks) through to the Louvre courtyards with the pyramids, the beautiful tuilleries gardens through to the arc de triomphe ..then the Centre Pompidou (with the amazing Stravinsky Fountain next to it)A fantastic lunch at le Marais in the old Jewish quarter. Back home and snoozing by 7 pm ....
