My Day was made brighter by a series of text from her.

Classes had been cancelled and they decided to make the most of it and not waste a day.

Instead of Studying, which would be the sensible thing to do, they went to the ZOO.

My phone tinkled periodically with photos dropping in.

"The Hippo has a baby"

"Me and a Cat"

"Me and a Tiger"

"Me and a Parrot".

Aw. I was so delighted to get them all, and she was so obviously having a great time, I just had to share them.
