No luck

I was at the Zoo today at 8:00am. Felt like the only one there. Was I intruding? The animals were still asleep. Not ready for show. As I waited for the lion cubs to show I came into conversation with another hobby photographer. Had a nice chat and made the time go by quickly. The Zoo keeper gave us a tip. He will feed the lions tomorrow morning and there's a chance that the cubs will come out as well. OR the mom will take the food inside and that will be it again.

On another note. We are struggling with fractions. Test is coming up soon and my daughter is far away from a passing grade. The teacher let's them work independently. They can ask him for help if they want. They are not solving any problems together. So the shy student or the one who is afraid to ask for help will never do so. And that's where we are now. Zero motivation in school. Zero feedback home as to how she's doing or if she needs additional help. So, we rolled our sleeves and studied fractions this afternoon. From the beginning. Just the basics. Tomorrow we will hit the problems. God help me!
