You may have heard of our little city, many people say it is a bit like a country town, and it is, there is no denying that. Parklands surround the city and no they are not all perfect and free from stragglers, but we still take pride in them.

I had an appointment across the road from this lovely spot and couldn't knock back the chance for a little wander. I love how the memorial sits square beneath the church in the background. It was lovely and quite peaceful this afternoon, not so tonight when lots of Cricket supporters walk through on their way to see the local team play at our 'new' Adelaide Oval.

Gotta love this place.
