The right address

My haggis has arrived in good time for Burns Night on Saturday. The courier commissioned by the estimable Hill's Butchery in Sydney found my door without much trouble. The Saltire flying from the roof doubtless helped. You will see there was m0re than a haggis in the package. I ordered a black pudding to make coming breakfasts more exciting, and had a couple of Scottish pies and some tattie scones thrown in for good measure. For those of you who know little about Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet, and would like to know more, here's a useful starting point. And if you happen to be near my place on Saturday night and fancy a bit of supper, just follow the skirl of the didgeridoo and the pipes.

Ye Pow'rs, wha mak mankind your care,
And dish them out their bill o fare,
Auld Scotland wants nae skinking ware
That jaups in luggies:
But, if ye wish her gratefu' prayer,
Gie her a Haggis
