… when there is no slope on which to sled in your neighborhood? Gather a bunch of buddies, find a steep set of stairs and launch yourself, ensuring your buddies form a barrier at the bottom, so you don't go careening onto the busy street just below :)

With no parents in sight, the kids had the best of times on this first, substantial, snow day :)
