It's called RIP, exercise with weights. Low impact which by the way doesn't mean easy. I've worked muscles I didn't know I had and that bloody bar gets in the way. I find the sit-ups and press ups very difficult think it's because my belly gets in the way!! Thanks to Sarah this evenings model.
After a shite day at the office I could have gone and lay down in a darkened room but I am pleased I didn't , I'm really pleased that I inflicted this torture on my body it gave my brain a break.
I now will have to crawl up the stairs to my bed. Night night!
