Great Tit in the Rain

My timing is not great at the moment, it's sunny when I'm in work and raining when I'm at home! Today was no exception but i spent quite a bit of the day outdoors laying stones for a pathway. The birds were very active in the garden allday despite the weather.
I went to a very interesting talk tonight organised by the local history society, the speaker a lecturer in archeology at UCC talked about stone circles, wedge tombs and boulder burials etc and sun worship by our ancestors, it was interesting and led to some very stimulating discussion afterwards!
