Must sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

For about the last two weeks my nose bleeds just as i put my head on my pillow. I know its some sort of pressure build up, sinus probably, although i've never suffered with that before. As i type this my eyes and nose feel like someones pressing hard against them. That has now intensified my tinnitus. Fuck
