ravioles

Made my own ravioli this evening! They were meant to be provençales ravioles actually, but for a first timer with no equipment, these bigger versions were the best I could do!

Was really pleased with how they turned out and the fact that not one of them burst! I would fill them more next time...I was too hesitant with the recipe. A great challenge!

Sunshine today after a week of rain. Lovely to see the blue sky back.
