And boy were they good !!!!!!!

I dont think I am ever going to loose weight with all this in the house.

Rode to work and bavk. Was icy ish today. With I didnt ride because ther would hav been some lovely scenery shots.

Busy day and rode home. Then managed to go for a quick run round the industrial estate and I felt totally better afterwards.

Then my mummy came round for a massage. Love her lots.

Now big bro and bed
