Scottish Parliament. I run past this about 75% of the times I go running. Also there today for a debate on suicide. And a trip to Stirling to discuss dementia.

Faster run this evening. 35 minutes for 7 km. still a bit more speed to put in the tank, but that's probably 2 minutes shaved off that route. Now some longer easier days and then more technique work.
