Felt a lot better today, despite the odd involuntary twitch or several. My posture gives a nod to my troubles tho. Either that or people think I'm of polish origin with a summer job picking strawberries.

Fathers Day today, so popped to see my pops for the afternoon. He'd done the decent thing and fired up the bbq so we did that, ate that, did some other things and chatternattered a bit.

In-between I found the time to blip a close-up of the ruby anniversary rose bush which is in full bloom. The kynda shot that makes me yearn for a macro lens.
