Brassed off

Another one of my favourite shops has bitten the dust. Berland's was an amazing wee shop that did brass wear and chandelier restoration. I took all our brass, door and window furniture in get refurbished. Some of the door furniture was totally encrusted in 80 years worth of paint layers. They came back gleaming like new. I am still convinced it the devils work. Anyway I know the business is moving to an industrial estate but it's still another loss to our diminishing high St. diversity.
