Rotary today

I managed to reach the weekly Tuesday evening meeting in my Rotary club today. I, unfortunately, seldom do. The speaker of today was Jorgen Randers, professor of climate strategy and practioner in the field furture studies. He told us that nothing will change as long as we do not change our behaviour and as long as our society is brought up to be competitive and to chose the cheapest most competitive way to develop the industri and as long we live our individual lives demanding low taxes, cheap food, and drive fast cars. Interesting and freightening. The globe should need some climate dictators to force us to turn our behaviour. Wouldn't like that either.
