Autumn in the Botanics

The girls came home today, it was lovely to see them. They have had a great time. And so have we.

Headed down to the Botanics this morning with them to have a look at the new visitor centre and have lunch. The centre is lovely, although I never managed to get a very good look round but it has a nice airy feel to it and has lots of exposed wood. The lunch was great, because of the company and the surroundings. I was dissapointed with the food and I often think I am easy pleased. I am sure E would disagree with that.

It is so good to have the noise of chatting children in the house again.
