Wall art

I was walking down a lane in the CBD today after not been there for ages & was thrilled to see the wonderful art, which was colourful & different, that has made a very plain & basic area pleasurable. This picture includes the grotty rubbish bins but I kind of liked them in it - for whatever reason!
