I made my flower grow

A couple of hours spent at the YMCA but the Arriba class was cancelled. I did some on the elliptical machine but only burned 175 calories. Not even enough to make up for a Mars bar that was calling my name. Finished off with a brisk walk and then into the pool for Aquarobics in the deep end.
