An extended working day in London for me (Chris), an unexpected additional meeting added to the end of the day meant a later train home than planned and no club run this evening as a result. This could be the start of a Monday pattern unfortunately.

An evening session for governors at the local authority for me (Annie) meant dinner and any relaxtion only started at 9pm. Humph.
