One bluebottle hanging on the wall...

There was brilliant sunshine and, dare I say it, an almost Spring-like feel about conditions in my garden at lunchtime. And that little increase in temperature was enough to bring some of these guys, bluebottles, out to bask on the garden wall. I guess their presence is testament to the mildness of the Winter here so far. This one obliged by staying still long enough for me to record it for posterity.
