It's all about the light

The light was good leaving work tonight. It makes such a difference to leave work in daylight. I can see how some people are affected by SAD. It is quite depressing to go to work in the dark and return in the dark. Especially on days when it rains all day, so you are not encouraged to go out in the sunlight, little that there is. However, it was a bright day today and the sun was shining on the flats as I left. Not the most interesting subject some would say, but it's the light that matters.
