Usual Monday. Usual craziness.

My study reminded me that any power we are given needs to ne held right. God gave it and just as quickly He can take it away. With power comes responsibility to do with it as Jesus would. Along time ago I read a book about my motives and then and now I am overwhelmed by the need to know myself! Thank goodness God knows me!
This study reminded me of Micah 6:8 the children know a great song to help us remember the verse, "act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with our God".


Serving and loving God, give me a heart and mind that know themselves in both weakness and hope. May my ambitions become ever your own and my actions bring blessing and liberty, for the sake of Christ. Amen
