WTF?

So the printer tech in Melbourne tries to tell me over the phone how to unplug and re-seat a faulty print head on one of our printers. Apart from the fact that I needed a small child's hands to get in there, I was also well aware the a mistake would mean $.

So I declined to do it. Told him to come up here and fix it. The machine is under warranty after all.
