Blue Tinto
I needed to go to the bottle bank today. Always a sobering reminder of how much you can get through without noticing it. So I didn't bother with the pre-dinner sherry tonight. I think the long term answer is to go the bottle bank more frequently then it won't seem quite so bad.
Another possibility is to reduce intake. We occasionally consider this (over a glass of wine) but we're not quite ready. And, anyway, the bottle bank needs filling.
We then had a Cooriedog walk around the golf course. The sun came out and all those drab winter colours put on their Sunday best.
