A Glasgow Muriel

I've always called murals a Muriel since one of our past neighbours was named such. Really sad.

Anyway the forthcoming Commonwealth Games this summer will be in Glasgow. Signs of this are not obvious in January except for this in the Merchant City area. I applied for tickets in several sports but without success except for the rugby sevens final day. This made my day as rugby is my first love. Athletics would have been good also but no luck.

It's good news for the overall event though as most tickets are sold.
