Rosyth Model Ship Club...

I learned something new today.

Rosyth has a boating pond but even though the sign states it as thus, it was a bit of an enigma as it seemed too shallow for proper boats and seemed a bit ludicrous that anywhere would have a custom built pond expressly for the use of model boats.

Tonight we passed, as we have on a couple of other occasions, some gents sailing various radio controlled miniature maritime vehicles. As I was passing, I noticed a window sticker in one of their car windows for the RMSC or Rosyth Model Ship Club. Checked it out on the interwebby and they meet at the pond every Wednesday and Sunday.

Today I learned that Rosyth is home to a Model Ship Club.
