Manipulation

I realised it was time to see a physiotherapist when the shoulder pain got so bad I could no longer put my own clothes on or off.

And so far so good - after treatment I was able to spend the entire afternoon in a Harvey Nicks' changing room, whipping on and off clothes with gay abandon.
