The Clifton beaches

from our friend's marvellous place above Clifton First Beach. Today the Stormers (the Cape super-15 Rugby franchise) launch their campaign on Clifton 5th, with all sorts of razzmatazz. So much noise and celebrations. I'd be swimmingbelow here if my knee wasn't still ballooned; at least I'm getting lots of sympathy
