Survivors

These olives are survivors - not from the weather, which is admittedly a little drab and rainy today, but from my Jack Russell, Norman.

Norman has eaten all of the olives that are reachable by a Jack Russell at full stretch, above that are the olives that have been eaten by Scooby, our Beauceron cross Belgian sheepdog, and the rest are for us - they are very nearly ready to harvest too.

We have always had pets, including our old cat, Barney, who love olives ... weird or what?
