This sign is a lovely one have seen it around for a while and now we have one just near by so thought it would make for a interesting blip. They use to have them on the outside of the fence but see now they are on the inside.. a few must have gone missing!

I drove for the first time today since my operation on my hand...It was really sore so well not be driving far for now.

A severe earthquake struck 10km north of Castlepoint in Wairarapa, at a depth of 73km, at 3.52pm. That is just above Wellington so I would say they would have felt it also. Just as well it was a deep one. Because it has just happened I haven't heard of any reports of serious damage... so hope there isn't!

After yesterday's heatwave it is rather cool and overcast today.. still no rain.
