Sydney NY!!

I was going to go and meet Annabel to go and get something to munch. She arrived in at 5am this morning. She said she would meet me at my hostel but turned out we had got the hostels mixed up. Met up with Harry and his friend and we walked to Central with a big group of people. It was crazy how busy it was everywhere. We waited at circular quay for a long time as one of the German guys had some friends arriving on the ferry from Manly. We did a long bus ride to a 'park' it was so funny on the way as there was an extremely drunk girl who made the whole bus laugh!! When we got off we realised we were off at the wrong place so we walked for ages to a park that had been closed off because there were too many people. So we headed to a different park which took a while again. Was with 9 guys...don't know how I keep getting myself into these situations!! Anyway...eventually made it to the park and it was one that you were allowed to drink at and we had an extremely good view of the bridge which was a bonus! Had a drunken call with Morag which was so funny. Had a fun evening and watched the 9.30 fireworks. Got masses of free stuff from the BBQ next to us so we were all very happy! Went right to the front of the crowd for the fireworks. They were absolutely amazing. Very funny video of the fireworks. People were jumping into the water and everyone was extremely loud! We then took the bus back to Kingscross which was a very bizarre journey. We got off at the wrong point and the two German guys nearly got hit by this tramp. So we all ran away...very funny. We all headed back to the hostel.
