Color for Supper

COLOR! I NEED COLOR! SOMETHING BESIDES WHITE AND GRAY!

But...but...but...(that's 3 buts), it's kinda sad when I have to take a picture of my bean soup to get it.

These were the beans after soaking in water overnight...but before being cooked. Then...after adding onions, tomatoes, and ham...I cooked it nice and slow for 4 hours. I liked it...Lisa not so much. She's not much for anything from the legume family.

I'm not a real bean expert...but here's the 15 beans that make up the 15 bean soup.

2. Pinto
3. Large Lima
4. Yelloweye
5. Garbanzo
6. Baby Lima
7. Green Split Pea
8. Kidney
9. Cranberry
10. Small White
11. Pink
12. Small Red
13. Yellow Split Pea
14. Navy
15. Black

I only know one thing for sure. We won't have to turn on our heated mattress pad tonight. I'll be providing all the heat we need.
