Painting today for the first time since before Christmas and it feels good! I wasn't sure about going to the art group today because I've been feeling so awful and everything is very painful just now but I'm really glad that I did. Once I got into it I was just totally absorbed and managed to forget myself for a few hours. I know I'm going to pay for this over the next week (particularly in my hands and back which have been agony recently), but it was great to be dip dabbing again and I'm suddenly full to the brim of new ideas for creative projects :)
