The Pumpkin Takeover

Scarlet planted about 10 pumpkin seedlings in this garden and now they are threatening to overrun the backyard and come into the house via the dog door. We're going to be eating pumpkins for months I fear. Anyone have some inventive recipes for pumpkins?
