Frozen

I surprised Alfie with a trip to the cinema this afternoon to see frozen.

It's been a very long time since I've been to the vue in Doncaster, I must make a mental note to get tickets further back next time, it's not on as much of an decline as meadowhall.

He had munched all the popcorn by the start of the film & kept asking for more the little monkey.

It was a fantastic film, I don't think Alfie enjoyed it as much as me, he is very much an action, adventure, cars, planes & hero kind of guy! The fact it started off with princesses was not a good start.

His favourite tv channel is Disney junior & he loves all the cartoons that's shown bar 1, Sofia the first, the main character, Sophia is a princess. When it comes on all I hear is, "mummy, I don't like Sofia the first".

He sat & watched the film tho, it had just enough action, adventure & comedy to keep his interest for the 104 minutes.

I thought it was a fantastic film, great story line, lodes of singalong able catchy songs in true Disney style & great graphics. It is probably more girl orientated been about princesses & love but still has enough about it to keep the interests of the boys.

It's more than likey not a film Alfie would be asking to see again & again like planes, cars or toy story but it's one I'm glad I took him to see.
