This is the guys craning "bobs about "out of the water onto his cradle, which is the small metal frame that you can see in the picture.

They make it look so easy! years of training, practice and amazing skill.

I am still mesmerized every time I get the opportunity to watch them crane. There communication and signalling from land to the crane operator is amazing.

well done guys, I hope I will continue to have the pleasure of working alongside them at the weekends for a long time to come.
