Maori woman...

This postcard was sent to my Gran before she was married so in the early 1920's. It cost one penny to come all the way from New Zealand to Aberdeen. I don't know who sent it because it isn't signed... one side is this image and the other side the name and address.
Presumably though, my Gran didn't have many friends in New Zealand and so no signature was necessary. My Gran shared my love of travel and would have been thrilled to receive this... She kept it safely until her death in 1979.
