Wait Ages for a Hat, Then Two Come Along at Once

My first ever blip was the day I decided to teach myself to knit, June 6th 2012. I wanted to make a hat, but I was not successful. Now on January 19th 2014 (after several failed attempts and lots of time avoiding knitting by hiding the wool in a draw under my bed) I finished my first hat. And then I knitted another one! One of them is a bit big and they are by no means perfect, but they are shaped like hats so I would call that success.
