Graduations: an example for my students

I graduated with my PhD on the 13 December 2012 (verb). My parents attended my graduation (noun)
During my PhD I was a postgraduate. (noun)
Once students graduate (verb) from their BA or undergraduate degree (adjective), they are graduates (noun) and can seek graduate jobs (adjective).
