Birthday Party

Today I took L to her friend M's 4th Birthday party as MrsT is still floored with the flu.

She had a great time there playing with her wee friends.

When that finished we headed to my brothers to help him with some DIY chores. He's currently redecorating his flat so I was changing his light fittings.

After that we headed down to my sisters so L could play with her cousins for a spell before returning home for dinner.

Prior to dinner I nipped out for another run, doing my usual route of 7.2 km.

Headed into Murrayfield for a 2 hour ten bowling slot tonight.
