Tinto Hill (711m)

Mislead by the forecast, we persuaded them kids to fill their Christmas rucsacs for a walk up Tinto Hill near Biggar. The cloud base was at about 500m, the path v muddy, and lots of dogs (much to the displeasure of dog-feart daughter).

But they made it to the summit without too much complaint and we retired to Biggar for some rewarding hot chocolate & marshmallows.

It can only get better kids!!
