The Bronx

Tired of cocktail menus with forgettable concoctions that go out of fashion faster than you can say "fancy another?", I've decided to get to know the classics.

I've already become best friends with the Negroni, and its wee cousin, the Americano. I'm now working on The Bronx - gin, sweet and dry vermouth and orange juice - which was apparently the third most famous cocktail in 1934, in the era of Bonnie and Clyde.

I like it.
