A little brighter .....

....... than the moody mono I posted yesterday - I thought a bit of colour was in order today.

One of the cut carnations from the vase, a quick water spray, a +2 screw-on magnifier lens and my trusty LED torch ...... a quick sharpen, a small crop and there you have it.

Sunday Blip in the bag ....... there are more droplets than there looks to be

Weather today has been weird - rain and grey all morning, a peek of blue sky and sunshine around noon and now grey, watery brightness with some big storm clouds on the horizon ...... breaking news in Mum's Daily Hospital Diary so please take a hop over there for a quick looksee if you have a minute - or if you don't here is a quick precis.

...... Despite Mum not having seen the "main man" (Dracula) or the "go to sleep" man - she has been put on nil by mouth from 03.00 in the morning - it's looking like they are contemplating surgery tomorrow ...... can I PLEASE ask for lots of positive energy and thoughts directed toward Lincoln UK on Monday .... thank you.
