Rip it up

Dodgy conditions and rips pulling into the flags area on the beach today. I wondered if the IRB training going on so close was just coincidence?

Youngest did a 6km run, while eldest braved the waves and took a board.

And I wished I hadn't banked on a gentle paddle, and brought my camera as opposed to my phone.
